Italian Specialty Market & Café Coming to Bergen County
Pasqualina’s Salumeria, a new Italian specialty market and café, is coming soon to Hasbrouck Heights.
Located at 189 Boulevard, the shop will combine a salumeria with gelato and Italian imports.
The concept draws on the founder’s family history, which includes grandparents who emigrated from Italy in 1965, bringing food traditions and a way of life that have continued through the generations.
The shop will also become the permanent home of CookieLina, offering the brand’s homemade Italian cookies alongside the market and café offerings.
Opening-soon signage is up, with the business targeting a late 2026 debut, according to its website.
