Bruster’s Ice Cream is adding a Second Bergen County Location

Bruster’s Real Ice Cream is expanding again in Bergen County.

The ice cream chain has signed a lease for a 2,694-square-foot space at Ivy & Green, a mixed-use development at 1 Park Avenue in Hackensack.

The upcoming shop will be Bruster’s second Bergen County location-the brand made its Bergen County debut in Westwood in 2024, opening at 513 Broadway.

Founded in 1989, Bruster’s specializes in ice cream made fresh in its shops daily.

Locations typically offer at least 24 rotating flavors from a collection of more than 150 recipes, along with handmade waffle cones, sundaes, shakes, blasts and other frozen desserts.

An opening date for the new location has not yet been announced.
