Café Baires has officially opened its second Bergen County location in East Rutherford.

The Argentinian bakery and coffee house has expanded to Paterson Avenue, joining its original café at 210 Main Street in downtown Hackensack, which opened last year.

Café Baires describes itself as an “authentic Argentinian bakery and coffee house,” with a concept inspired by the cafés and flavors of Buenos Aires.

The menu includes traditional Argentinian offerings such as medialunas and empanadas alongside pastries, sandwiches and other café-style food.

Coffee is also a major part of the concept, with espresso drinks, café con leche, matcha and specialty beverages including dulce de leche-inspired drinks among the offerings.

The East Rutherford opening gives Café Baires two locations in Bergen County.
