Upcoming Eatery Bringing Asian Favorites to Bergen County
A new Asian restaurant is coming soon to Cresskill.
BOP Asian Eatery is preparing to open at 29 East Madison Avenue, taking over the space previously occupied by Trunk Pop Dinners and Mom’s Cooking.
The restaurant will bring together dishes from several Asian cuisines, with a menu featuring Korean kimbap, Japanese donburi and katsu, handmade dumplings, soup buns and more.
According to BOP, the restaurant works with specialty chefs experienced in the individual cuisines they prepare, with a focus on maintaining the traditions, techniques and flavors behind each dish.
Other menu items include japchae, chicken wings, wonton soup, fried rice, spicy cucumber salad and sweet-and-sour pork.
While the restaurant’s website previously indicated a mid-September opening, an exact opening date has not been announced.
