Cranberry Junction Homemade Ice Cream has expanded with a new location in New Milford.

The ice cream shop is now open at 370 River Road, taking over the space most recently occupied by Crave Creamery and previously home to Brain Freeze.

Cranberry Junction originally opened in Hackensack, where it built its following around homemade ice cream and a rotating selection of flavors.

The New Milford shop continues that focus, offering scooped ice cream along with sundaes, shakes and other frozen desserts.

The expansion gives Cranberry Junction a second Bergen County location while keeping the new shop just a short distance from its original Hackensack home.
