An artisan bakery that previously operated in Bergen County is making a return with a new location.

Liv Breads is coming soon to Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus, marking a return to the county after briefly operating a location in Englewood in 2022.

The artisan bakery and coffee bar specializes in naturally leavened sourdough breads, laminated pastries, seasonal salads, spreads, sandwiches and soups, with products made using fresh ingredients and traditional baking techniques.

Liv Breads also offers a coffee program featuring beans from Pennsylvania-based Passenger Coffee, along with a selection of breakfast and brunch items.

The business is centered around breads made with natural wild yeast starter, long fermentation and high-hydration doughs.

An opening date for the new Garden State Plaza location has not yet been announced.
