Roman Pizzeria Opens Along Bergen County Waterfront
A new pizzeria specializing in Roman-style pizza has opened in Bergen County.
La Mossa Pizzeria Romana is now open at the Alpine Marina in Alpine, serving Roman pizza by the slice along the Hudson River waterfront.
The restaurant specializes in slow-risen pizza baked in trays and cut into rectangular slices, with a crust described as light and crisp.
Beyond pizza, La Mossa offers panini pressed to order, pastries, gelato and Italian coffee, with customers able to dine by the water or take their orders to go.
La Mossa is currently open seven days a week .
