Celebrity Chef’s Burger Concept Opening this week in North Jersey
Capon’s Burgers, the burger concept from celebrity chef Josh Capon, is officially opening its first New Jersey location this week.
The restaurant will open Wednesday, August 26th at Bergen Town Center in Paramus, bringing Capon’s self-described “no-frills burger joint” to Bergen County.
The concept focuses on a straightforward menu of burgers and chicken sandwiches, along with fries, ice cream and shakes.
Capon is a longtime fixture in the New York City dining scene and has appeared on Food Network, with Capon’s Burgers representing his take on a casual burger concept.
The Paramus restaurant marks the second Capon’s Burgers location overall and its first in New Jersey, joining the original at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
The opening also expands Capon’s presence in Bergen County, where Capon’s Chophouse is located at The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack.
