A new Mexican restaurant serving tacos, burritos and other casual favorites has officially opened in Rockland County.

Taco Central is now welcoming customers at 89 East Central Avenue in Pearl River, offering a menu centered around freshly prepared Mexican food in a casual setting.

The restaurant’s offerings include tacos, burritos and other Mexican staples.

Taco Central describes its approach as focused on “bold flavor” and “real ingredients,” with food prepared fresh throughout the day.

Photos shared by the restaurant show a variety of taco preparations with meats, fresh herbs, vegetables and sauces, along with larger plated dishes.

The restaurant also offers outdoor seating.

Taco Central officially announced its opening in July, describing the restaurant as a new neighborhood spot built around fresh food and community.

The restaurant is currently open seven days a week.
