A new waterfront restaurant and bar has officially opened in Edgewater.

COV is now welcoming guests at 115 River Road, taking over the former Pier 115 waterfront property along the Hudson River.

The menu showcases a curated chilled bar and is designed for sharing with selections of seafood, pastas, grilled specialties, and more.

The “innovative and interactive” cocktails round off the experience with “striking presentations and push the boundaries with creative flair”.

The restaurant describes itself as an upscale waterfront concept featuring fresh seafood, panoramic views of the Hudson River and the New York City skyline, and a coastal-inspired atmosphere designed to feel both elegant and inviting.

COV is currently open Wednesday through Sunday, with dinner service and late-night hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
