Golden Goat Shares Soft Opening Date in Park Ridge
Golden Goat, the Asian comfort food concept that previously operated in Los Angeles and coming to Park Ridge, has announced a soft opening date of September 9th.
The upcoming spot will be located at 133 Park Avenue according to the team behind the restaurant.
Founded by chef Robert and Jess Scully, Golden Goat brings a menu centered around handmade dumplings, wok-fired dishes, and a mix of street food-inspired offerings rooted in family recipes.
Locally, diners can expect many of the same dishes that helped establish the brand out West, including a variety of dumplings, noodles, and shareable plates.
The menu will also feature coffee, tea, and house-made pastries—adding a casual, café-style element to the experience, with unique offerings like jasmine tea cream and black sesame desserts alongside its savory lineup.
The location will be designed primarily for takeout, with a limited indoor setup of just a few bar-style seats, along with outdoor seating planned for warmer months.
The team says the space is intentionally built for convenience, while still offering a quality, chef-driven menu.
An opening date of June 17th has been shared on their social media.
