Llama Sam Expanding to Hasbrouck Heights
Llama Sam, the modern Peruvian restaurant in Hackensack, is preparing to open a second Bergen County location.
The restaurant has announced plans to expand to 183 Boulevard in Hasbrouck Heights, adding to its original location in Hackensack.
Llama Sam describes its concept as blending “the authenticity of traditional Peruvian flavors with contemporary design and innovative cooking techniques,” with a menu inspired by native Peruvian ingredients and culinary influences including Japanese-Peruvian Nikkei cuisine.
According to the team, guests can expect modern Peruvian dishes designed to deliver “gastronomic experiences” through a combination of traditional flavors and contemporary presentation.
An opening date for the Hasbrouck Heights location has not yet been announced.
