A growing Korean butcher shop known for premium meats and authentic Korean barbecue essentials has officially opened its newest location in Bergen County.

Korean Butchery is now open at 407C Broad Avenue in Palisades Park, marking the brand’s third location following its shops in Flushing, NY and Ridgefield.

Unlike the company’s traditional butcher locations, the new Palisades Park outpost expands the concept beyond premium cuts of meat.

The shop has partnered with Kim’s Kitchen, a traditional Korean banchan (side dish) specialist, allowing customers to pick up everything needed for a complete Korean meal at home—including ready-to-eat side dishes alongside Korean BBQ staples.

In addition to retail offerings, the location places a strong emphasis on meat-centric corporate and private event catering. Customers can also order and pick up a selection of Korean Butchery’s signature premium meats from its Ridgefield location directly at the new store.

The company says its mission is to bring high-quality Korean barbecue to a wider audience under the tagline, “Finest Korean BBQ at Home,” while making authentic Korean ingredients more accessible to both longtime fans and newcomers alike.

The new location also offers both pickup and delivery-it’s currently open seven days a week,
