A popular North Jersey Brazilian barbecue brand has officially expanded to Bergen County.

Goulart Grill is now open in Fair Lawn, bringing its charcoal-grilled meats, Brazilian specialties, and family-style hospitality to a new audience in Bergen County.

The concept comes from the team behind Goulart BBQ, a family-owned restaurant known for its authentic Brazilian barbecue and focus on premium cuts cooked over live charcoal. The restaurant describes its mission as bringing guests “real, delicious BBQ made with fresh ingredients, premium cuts, and that unmistakable smoky taste.”

Guests can expect a menu centered around grilled meats, chicken, pork, sandwiches, and other Brazilian favorites, all prepared with the same style that helped establish the original operation.

The Fair Lawn opening marks the brand’s latest expansion as Brazilian dining continues to grow in popularity across North Jersey.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
