A longtime Rockland County restaurant has officially reopened under a new identity.

The former Sutter’s Mill, originally opened in 1983, is now operating as The Mill at Sutter’s in Airmont at 214 Route 59.

The restaurant recently reopened following a full renovation and now features a refreshed concept centered around sports bar dining, cocktails, and live entertainment.

Updates to the space include a new menu, approximately 30 specialty cocktails, a new tap system, and a late-night menu designed to complement the restaurant’s expanded nightlife atmosphere.

According to the business, “The Mill at Sutter’s is a full-service sports bar and restaurant in Airmont, NY, located on Route 59. Designed for great food, craft cocktails, live music, and game-day energy, The Mill brings together a lively atmosphere with a more elevated bar experience.”

The Mill at Sutter’s is currently open seven days a week.
