A new fast-casual Mediterranean concept called OMGyro has opened at 430 Market Street in Elmwood Park.

The restaurant describes its approach as one where “food is more than just sustenance—it’s a symphony of experiences,” with an emphasis on sourcing quality ingredients and blending traditional flavors with a modern presentation.

According to the business, sauces play a central role in the menu, with each one “crafted to elevate every bite” and designed to complement the restaurant’s core offerings.

OMGyro operates under the slogan “The OMG Way,” which the team defines as a focus on “Outstanding Quality,” “Memorable Service,” and “Genuine Connections” with guests.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
