Cassie’s in Orangeburg will Become BK Italian Kitchen
A longtime Rockland County restaurant is entering a new chapter.
Cassie’s Restaurant in Orangeburg will soon close as it transitions into a new concept, BK Italian Kitchen, under new ownership.
According to an announcement shared by the business, current management will be taking over ownership of the space, continuing operations while introducing a refreshed identity centered around Italian cuisine and coal-fired pizza.
While the name and concept are changing, the team says much of what regulars love will remain the same.
Guests can expect the same staff, familiar atmosphere, and a continuation of the restaurant’s core dining experience—now paired with an updated menu and a focus on coal-fired offerings.
The new concept, BK Italian Kitchen, is expected to bring a more elevated Italian dining experience to the space, with an emphasis on traditional flavors and a revamped energy.
Reservations are already being accepted ahead of the transition, including for Saturday, May 9th and Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 10th.
Cassie’s has been a staple in the local dining scene, and the shift marks both the end of one era and the beginning of another for the Orangeburg location.
More details, including a full menu and official opening timeline, are expected to be announced soon.
