A well-known kosher bakery has officially reopened in Bergen County.

Zadies Bake Shop is now open at 2150 Promenade Boulevard in Fair Lawn, marking the brand’s return following a 2024 fire that impacted its previous location.

The bakery, which has served customers across the area for many years, operates as a fourth-generation family business known for its traditional recipes and fresh, daily baked goods.

The menu includes a variety of breads, challah, pastries, and desserts, with options that are nut-free and dairy-free.

According to the company, the new Fair Lawn space was developed as part of its transition after the fire, allowing the business to continue serving its longtime customer base in a new setting.

Zadies Bake Shop is now open in Fair Lawn.
