Opening Alert: The Gyro Project, Northvale, NJ
A growing Greek fast-casual concept has opened a new location in Bergen County.
The Gyro Project is now open in Northvale at 269 Livingston Street, marking the brand’s eighth overall location and continuing its expansion across the region.
The new restaurant spans approximately 2,500 square feet and offers seating for around 50 guests, along with takeout service.
The concept focuses on Greek street food in a fast-casual format, with a menu that includes gyro pita wraps (chicken, pork, and beef/lamb), platters served with rice, salad, and pita, and traditional mezedes such as tzatziki and hummus. Additional offerings include loaded Greek fries and frozen Greek yogurt.
Founded by restaurateurs George Tenedios and Spiro Kokkosis, the brand first launched in Fort Lee in 2023 and has since expanded across New Jersey and New York.
The Northvale location adds another Bergen County outpost for the concept.
The restaurant is open daily from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
