A new dining concept is in the works for Bergen County.

PR Social Bar + Kitchen is coming soon to the Marriott in Park Ridge, introducing a restaurant designed around gathering, conversation, and a versatile food and beverage program.

The concept is positioned as a social dining destination, blending approachable American cuisine with globally inspired flavors across a menu of small plates, shareables, and full entrées.

According to the team, the restaurant will offer “a vibrant dining experience designed for gathering, conversation, and great food,” with a menu featuring “shareable starters, fresh salads, handcrafted sandwiches, and elevated entrées made with seasonal ingredients.”

Early menu highlights include dishes such as “bluefin tuna crudo, crab and sweet corn fritters, Korean short rib tacos, and whipped feta dip with hot honey,” along with items like the Park Social Burger, ribeye French dip, and grilled Mediterranean chicken wrap.

For larger plates, offerings are expected to include “braised short rib pappardelle, wild mushroom risotto, grilled salmon grain bowls, and grilled ribeye steak,” while breakfast will feature items such as “whipped ricotta pancakes, brioche French toast, smoked salmon toast, and a classic breakfast buffet.”

The overall goal is to create a space that transitions throughout the day—from morning dining to evening social gatherings.

An official opening date has not yet been announced.
