A new restaurant concept combining Latin and Japanese influences has opened in Bergen County.

Casa Hibachi is now operating in Elmwood Park at 320 US-46. The restaurant describes its concept as a fusion of Latin flavors and hibachi-style cooking, with a menu built around halal ingredients.

The offerings include a range of hibachi plates served with fried rice, noodles, and vegetables, along with items such as burritos, bento-style combinations, and street food-inspired dishes. The menu also features empanadas, egg rolls, and loaded hibachi fries, with multiple protein options and house-made sauces.

According to the restaurant, the concept focuses on combining bold flavors with made-to-order preparation, drawing from both Latin and Asian culinary traditions.

Casa Hibachi is currently open seven days a week.
