Taste of Haifa has officially opened its doors at 251 Rock Road in Glen Rock, introducing a menu centered on authentic Mediterranean cooking made with fresh ingredients and traditional techniques.

Described as offering “Mediterranean done right,” the restaurant highlights classic favorites such as shawarma, falafel, schnitzel, hummus, and a variety of mezze and salads.

The kitchen focuses on bold spices, simple preparations, and recipes inspired by the coastal flavors of the region. The team says every dish is prepared with “warmth, passion, and genuine hospitality,” whether guests are stopping in for a quick lunch or a relaxed family dinner.

One of the signature items is the shawarma, featuring slow-roasted chicken or beef marinated in a Haifa-style blend of Mediterranean spices and shaved fresh to order.

The menu also includes charcoal-grilled kebabs, colorful sides, and comforting plates designed to showcase the breadth of Mediterranean cuisine.
