Cup In Your Hand is a new mobile coffee trailer preparing to launch in North Jersey.

With plans to begin operating very soon and an initial focus on operating in Hoboken and beyond.

The brother-and-sister–run business is led by Joyce, who has worked in the New Jersey and New York City coffee scene since 2016, and her brother Daniel, whose background is rooted in hospitality within the food and lounge industry.

The concept centers on community-driven service, with plans to integrate Korean and Venezuelan cultural influences into the drink menu while collaborating with local businesses such as bakeries, markets, and other neighborhood organizations.

Once operational, Cup In Your Hand plans to travel throughout North Jersey as part of the region’s growing mobile beverage scene.

A launch date has yet to be revealed.
