Raising Cane’s is expanding to North Jersey for the first time with a location in Fairfield.

Known for its hyper-focused menu (View Menu) centered on hand-battered chicken fingers, Raising Cane’s proudly avoids shortcuts—“no heat lamps” and promises food is “cooked to order”.

Every piece of chicken is marinated for 24 hours, then battered and fried by certified “Bird Specialists,” that can be paired with Cane’s Sauce®, which is made fresh daily using a top-secret recipe.

Guests can also expect sides like crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast with garlic butter, and coleslaw.

A grand opening has been announced for Tuesday, February 3rd.
