Opening Alert: Auri, Fort Lee, NJ
Auri has officially opened at 2020 Central Road in Fort Lee, introducing a new all-day café and restaurant to the neighborhood.
The concept is described as “a cafe in the front, restaurant in the back—an all-day space for coffee, meals, and everything in between,” with a focus on health-leaning ingredients, comforting dishes, and pastries prepared in-house.
This marks the owner’s first restaurant venture, shaped by experience in health and wellness and decades in the fashion industry, with an emphasis on thoughtful design, quality, and everyday hospitality.
The menu spans breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring house-made pastries, specialty coffee, handcrafted pastas, seafood papillote, and select Korean dishes, and the restaurant operates as BYOB with no corkage fee.
The kitchen is led by two chefs with more than 20 years of professional experience each, and additional features including a private event room and a back terrace for outdoor dining are planned for the coming months.
It’s currently open seven days a week.
