To/Gather Coffee, known for its neighborhood coffee trailer and steady growth over the past two and a half years, is preparing to open its first indoor location this winter.

The business has expanded through catering, pop-ups, and public and private events, and recently began a partnership with the city and residents of Englewood.

Starting in January 2026, To/Gather Coffee will operate inside the main business center of the Brownstone Apartments at 73 Brownstone Way, bringing its signature style to the heart of the complex.

The plan is to open two days a week at first—Mondays and Fridays from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.—with a transition to three days a week as demand grows, adding Wednesdays with the same hours.

Guests can expect the full lineup of the brand’s “scratch to stomach” baked goods and house-made syrups as the trailer’s offerings move indoors for the winter season.
