CAVA is Coming Soon to Montvale
CAVA, the Mediterranean fast casual restaurant, is aiming to open another Bergen County location.
Montvale is expected next year, opening at the Chestnut Ridge Shopping Center.
The brand serves a menu (View Menu) of customizable meals where diners start with a base (salad, pita, grain bowl, etc) and add dips (hummus, feta, etc), protein (falafel, beef, chicken, lamb) then toppings and dressing.
No word yet on an opening aside from the requisite coming soon.
