Bacarosa in Nutley Announces Closing at End of Month
Bacarosa, the Italian concept by Chef Andrew Riccatelli that opened in Nutley this summer has announced they will be closing later this month.
Below is a statement from their team:
We began this journey as The Hudson Rose in September 2024 and evolved into Bacarosa in August 2025. Throughout this time, we’ve had the privilege of hosting celebrations big and small, brunches, and dinners that lasted into the night. New friends were made and old friends reunited. Many of you chose us for your most meaningful moments, and it has been an honor to be part of those memories.
The economics of this industry have always been challenging, and even more so in recent times. With incredible gratitude and fond memories, we share that Bacarosa will be closing, with our final service on December 20th.
We invite you to join us for our Finale Party on December 20th. Reservations are live now. Until then, we hope you’ll stop by to enjoy your favorite dishes while you still can and help us celebrate the final weeks of this chapter.
We cannot thank you enough for your support, your enthusiasm, and the trust you placed in us. This chapter may be ending, but the relationships and moments we’ve shared will stay with us.
Thank you for allowing us to serve you.
