Opening Alert: Bru House, Pearl River, NY
A new all-day spot has arrived in Pearl River with the opening of Bru House, a restaurant, bar, and café located inside the restored Erie Railroad station at 1 Railroad Avenue.
According to their website, Bru House blends “timeless charm with bold personality,” combining art-deco design with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
The space was created to reflect “the vibrant spirit” of its owner and the community.
The concept is designed to offer multiple experiences throughout the day. The bar features “cocktails that are anything but ordinary,” with handcrafted drinks and a focus on “bold flavors and subtle details,” all in a warm, dimly lit setting meant to feel like a neighborhood hideaway.
Bru House also houses a café, which the team describes as “more than just a stop — it’s a place to pause, connect, and recharge.” They serve coffee made with house-made syrups and natural honey, a nod to the owner’s Irish heritage from County Louth. In-house baked treats are also on the menu.
It’s currently open seven days a week.
