Capon’s Chophouse is now open at The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack.

The new restaurant from celebrity chef Josh Capon has been described as a modern American chophouse offering a menu (View Menu) of prime meats, an extensive raw bar, and dishes that blend classic flavors with contemporary preparations.

The project is a collaboration between VCR Group and Simon (owners of the shopping center).

The space includes an open kitchen, bar, and private dining areas.

It’s currently open seven days a week for dinner.
