First Watch, the award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot has opened it’s second Bergen County location.

It’s open at Bergen Town Center in Paramus–the first area location came to Montvale back in early 2020 (Read Story).

Their menu (View Menu) offers breakfast, brunch and lunch options–based off  the concept’s revolving seasonal menus.

First Watch also offers traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch items like omelets, pancakes, salads and sandwiches.

The concept serves “socially responsible” Project Sunrise coffee, which supports an independent group of female farmers in Huila, Colombia.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
