Alba Italian Grill Announces Opening in Hillsdale

A new Italian dining destination is getting ready to open in Hillsdale.

Alba Italian Grill is scheduled to debut on October 15th at 343 Broadway, replacing Osso Buco.

Behind the project is Agim Kortoci, who brings 28 years of hospitality experience. This marks his first restaurant as an owner, describing it as “a dream come true and a natural next step” in his career.

According to the team, it’s “family-owned and operated” and will bring “warm hospitality, timeless Italian recipes, and a deep commitment to quality.”

The concept centers around authentic Italian cuisine crafted from “fresh, high-quality ingredients and inspired by traditional flavors that celebrate the heart of Italy.”

The menu will include Italian staples such as chicken parmigiana, veal osso buco, stuffed rigatoni, pork chop arrabiata, and shrimp and scallops over linguini. A full bar with house cocktails and a curated wine selection will also be part of the experience.

At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Nicholas Molina, who has 22 years of experience, including time at Osso Buco Grill, Donatella, and Mezza Notte.

The restaurant will seat approximately 80 guests, with 19 tables, a bar with 8 seats, and seasonal outdoor seating.
