Moaaz Mediterranean Grill, a fast-casual halal concept known for its customizable Mediterranean bowls, wraps, and platters, is opening a new location in Saddle Brook.

The upcoming restaurant will be located at 487 Market Street, marking another expansion for the brand known for offering “seriously healthy food” with a build-your-own meal format.

Diners can expect a full menu of customizable options including rice bowls, wraps, flatbreads, platters, and more—paired with fresh toppings, house-made sauces, and a variety of proteins like chicken shawarma, falafel, lamb, salmon, and gyro.

The business also caters to diverse dietary needs with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available upon request.

This will add to their existing location in Rahway, with the Saddle Brook opening continuing their mission of serving 100% halal Mediterranean meals.

The space will also offer catering services and operates as a BYO spot.

No word yet on an opening date.
