SFC Seoul Fried Chicken is Expanding to Hackensack
SFC Seoul Fried Chicken is preparing to launch a new location at 215 Main Street in Hackensack next month.
Which will add to its growing footprint in New Jersey with existing outposts in Somerset, Edison and Bound Brook.
The restaurant is led by Chef Hansong Kim, who also operates Handsome Rice in New York City.
Known for his commitment to authentic Korean preparation, Chef Kim double-fries every piece of chicken “the authentic Korean way for that crispy-outside, juicy-inside magic.”
SFC emphasizes ingredient quality with “fresh, halal, and hormone-free” chicken, and all sauces are “made from scratch daily.”
Signature flavors include Honey Garlic, Sweet & Spicy, Soy Garlic, and Devil Hot.
The brand highlights several core values: “never-frozen, non-GMO, no hormones and no antibiotics” chicken, a “top secret chicken batter,” and daily-prepped sauces that define the menu.
According to their Google listing, an opening is expected for Friday, October 3rd.
