Wyckoff Tavern is preparing to debut at 315 Franklin Avenue, taking over the former Café Amici location.

The tavern will serve a “farm-to-table menu” with “tavern-style food”, and “welcoming bar” offering signature cocktails, local craft and staple beers.

Guests can expect daily fresh fish and oysters, rotating meat and appetizer specials in a space that’s “formal enough for quiet dining or watching the games at the bar”.

At the helm is chef and owner Arthur Toufayan, bringing over 40 years of experience to the kitchen with a background that includes celebrated establishments like Union Square Café, Waldorf Astoria, Aureole, and Mondrian—along with 23 years at Cafe Amici.

The 3,000-square-foot space will feature approximately 50 seats inside, a 12-seat bar, and room for 20 more on the outdoor patio.

Wyckoff Tavern will also offer takeout and catering services and expects to open sometime in September.
