A new fast casual dining option is coming to Bergen County as Hubspoke Brands prepares to open its first-ever co-branded Wayback Burgers and Molte Pizze restaurant.

It’s located at 175 Kinderkamack Road in Emerson (formerly Boston Market) this weekend.

The opening continues Wayback Burgers’ growth across New Jersey and marks the official debut of Molte Pizze, a new pizza concept developed by Hubspoke Brands that offers a range of classic American pizza styles.

Spanning 2,300 square feet, the co-branded location combines two menus under one roof and is “designed to enhance” the fast casual experience with a modern interior, community seating, and expanded menu variety.

The Emerson restaurant, owned and operated by local franchisee Rob Obernauer, will serve as a pilot for Hubspoke’s multi-brand strategy, aimed at offering franchisees operational efficiencies and a broader appeal to diners.

Officially the store opens this coming Saturday, August 9th.
