Pazza is growing in Franklin Lakes, as ownership have taken over the space next door and officially acquired a liquor license.

While the transformation of the new bar is still underway, guests can expect “cocktails, beer, wine right next door to our main dining room,” with handcrafted creations from Pazza’s mixologist.

The expansion brings additional seating for up to 50 guests, along with rotating seasonal specials on cocktails and beer.

Once renovations are complete, the full food menu will also be offered in the bar space, with extended late-night hours on Thursdays through Saturdays planned.

Beginning September 1st, the space will officially debut as “a full service bar that will have all your favorite drinks and hand crafted cocktails”.
