After closing The Hudson Rose with a celebratory final toast, GAC Hospitality will debut Bacarosa, “a fresh and flavorful” new concept in the former Hudson Rose space.

Rooted in Italian spirit but designed for today’s diners, Bacarosa blends “laid-back elegance with a generous dash of playfulness,” offering a menu (View Menu) that feels both “familiar and unexpected”.

Guests can expect “vibrant” antipasti, small plates, shareable secondi dishes, wood-fired pizzas, and “showstopping ‘Grandi’ plates,” all complemented by a beverage program centered on seasonal cocktails and an extensive Italian wine list.

Happy Hour, lunch and weekend brunch service will follow soon after opening.

The restaurant will be opening on Thursday, August 14th.
