NJ Monthly Magazine has revealed its annual list of the best restaurants the state has to offer in their current issue (Read Full List/Article).

Its quite the undertaking to come up with the 40 best in the entire state, with their team checking new restaurants, revisiting “old favorites” and tasting “countless dishes and drinks”.

This year eight Bergen County establishments made the cut of the forty chosen.

Holdovers from the previous year were Fiorentini in Rutherford (98 Park Avenue; Website), Shumi in Leonia and Ridgewood (354 Broad Avenue; 70 E Ridgewood Avenue; Website), Osteria Crescendo in Westwood (36 Jefferson Avenue; Website), and Saddle River Inn (2 Barnstable Court; Website).

The four additions were Lula in Ridgewood (28 Oak Street; Website), Ora in Oradell (304 Kinderkamack Road; Website), Sushi by Sea in Ridgefield (632 Bergen Boulevard; Website) and Verana in Norwood (530 Livingston Street; Website).
