The Hudson Rose is Closing in Nutley
The Hudson Rose, the restaurant and bar in Nutley, will close its doors in its current form on Saturday, July 26th.
The closure marks the end of a run serving the the area since last August.
According to the restaurant’s team, the space will undergo a transition in the coming weeks to make way for a new culinary concept, set to launch later this summer.
The new project is being developed by Hudson Rose chef Andrew Riccatelli and their General Manager Eric Binder, who have been working on the reimagining behind the scenes.
The Harlow Room, the restaurant’s private event venue with a capacity of up to 200 guests, will continue operations without interruption.
Details about the new concept will be announced soon, though in the meantime, patrons are encouraged to visit The Hudson Rose before its final service next week.
