Shah’s Halal, the still rapidly expanding halal chain, has plans for more Bergen County storefrontd.

In addition to an upcoming shop in Hillsdale and already operating locations in Bergenfield and Cliffside Park, another is expected soon in Mahwah.

What began as a food cart in Queens, they use family recipes to produce food (View Menu) like platters over rice (lamb, falafel, chicken), gyros, cheesesteaks, and more with all food crafted from using 100% certified halal products by the Halal Food Council.

Fresh produce is used to prepare salads and basmati rice is cooked with authentic flavors and all there sauces are from their own recipes.

Once operating, expect it to be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.

There’s currently no word yet on an opening date.
