CUCI (pronounced tsoo-see) has officially opened at American Dream in East Rutherford.

It was created to “bring the nostalgic flavors” of the founder’s hometown to the U.S., featuring “Chinese-style burgers and sandwiches with a twist”.

The fast-casual restaurant offers an options like grilled pineapple chicken, crispy fish, juicy beef, and Peking duck.

The items are served on house-baked buns described as soft and pita-like in texture.

Additional offerings include fried chicken, wings, snacks, fries, and kids meals.

The eatery is located inside Coca-Cola Eats, Court C on Level 3.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
