Four Seasons Ice Cream is Coming to Closter
A new spot for frozen treats is on its way to Closter.
Four Seasons Ice Cream Roll is setting up shop at 227 Closter Dock Road, as signage in the window confirms a “Coming Soon” arrival.
The brand appears to specialize in Thai-style rolled ice cream, a made-to-order dessert that’s designed to be fun to watch and eat.
The process starts by pouring a sweet milk-based liquid onto a frozen metal surface, where it’s chopped, mixed with add-ins like cookies or fruit, then spread thin and scraped into delicate rolls using a metal spatula.
Often served in cups with toppings like whipped cream, crushed cookies, and candy, rolled ice cream is known for its creamy texture and presentation.
There are a number of similar style shops in the area.
No official opening date or additional details have been announced just yet.
