Opening Alert: Mercato, Westwood, NJ
Mercato Roman Pizza Kitchen, the restaurant from Rockland County, has expanded to Bergen.
With a location open in Tappan since early 2020, the business opened in Westwood.
Mercato serves hand-made Roman style pizza that’s cold fermented up to 96 hours.
Ownership also operates Rockland eateries The 9W Market (Palisades) and The Filling Station/TFS Burger Works (Westwood, Palisades, Haverstraw).
It’s currently open seven days a week.
