A new Japanese dining experience has opened in Dumont.

Bamboo Sushi & Hibachi has opened at 411 Washington Avenue, taking over the space previously occupied by Pelicana Chicken.

The restaurant offers a menu that includes sushi, hibachi, ramen, teriyaki, udon, tempura, katsu, and lunch combos.

According to their website, they emphasize premium ingredients and artisanal techniques, ensuring each dish is crafted with care.

It’s currently open six days (closed Mondays) a week.
