Tikka Shack has officially opened its doors at 50 Main Street in Hackensack, marking the brand’s first location in New Jersey.

Described as a casual and approachable Indian restaurant, Tikka Shack offers a mix of classic and modern dishes in a laid-back environment.

According to the business, their goal is to make the “aromatic flavors of India” accessible to everyone—from “newbie foodies” to seasoned curry lovers.

The menu includes a wide selection of Indian street food, curry bowls, grilled meats, wings, and even Indian-inspired pizzas.

Items range from traditional samosas and biryani to more inventive fare like tikka masala fries and paneer naan pizzas.

Tikka Shack is currently open seven days a week.
