Bergen Coffee Roasters will kick off its soft opening tomorrow, Tuesday, June 11, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at their storefront in Ho-Ho-Kus.

They’ll be introducing their take on small-batch, in-house roasted coffee in a cozy, modern setting.

The café will serve a range of espresso drinks and signature favorites like Spanish lattes, honey vanilla lattes, and matcha lattes — all made with beans roasted onsite for maximum freshness.

As previously reported (Read More), the shop is led by Hannah Lee, a specialty coffee professional with experience in sourcing, roasting, and brewing.

The roughly 800-square-foot space offers indoor and outdoor seating.
