A Sushi, a new sushi restaurant, is officially opening its doors this week in Carlstadt.

The space on Route 17 South was formerly occupied by Lauren Chicken Burger and marks the latest addition to the growing food scene along the busy highway corridor.

The restaurant will offer an all-you-can-eat sushi dining option, a format that continues to gain popularity among diners seeking variety and value.

For those looking for a more traditional experience, A Sushi will also provide an a la carte menu.
