A new specialty coffee shop has opened in Harrington Park.

Rippin Coffee Roasters is offering freshly roasted, made-to-order coffee in a grab-and-go setting.

The shop features pour overs, cold brew, and a full lineup of espresso drinks, with each cup ground and brewed fresh in front of the customer.

All beans are roasted nearby in Carlstadt and kept no more than one to two weeks old for peak freshness.

The automotive-themed space includes limited seating and plans to partner with local bakeries for a small selection of pastries.

The business began as an online retailer selling their locally roasted coffee in bags and K-Cups —both of which will be for sale in the brick and mortar shop.
