Bagel Shack is preparing to open its doors in Mahwah on Route 17 North — in the former Boston Market location.

According to their website, the upcoming eatery is designed to feel like home—offering a mix of “quick and friendly service,” flexible ordering options, and a “warm, welcoming atmosphere.” Guests will be able to order through kiosks, drive-thru, phone, third-party delivery apps (like DoorDash and Uber Eats), and more.

Their menu will include hand-rolled, kettle-cooked bagels baked fresh daily, available in a range of traditional styles and flavors. Bagels can be paired with artisan cream cheeses or deli meats for sandwiches, with additional offerings like fresh-baked pastries, house-crafted coffee, and daily specials.

The location will feature convenient parking—even for oversized vehicles—and aims to be a community hub, hosting outdoor events with food, drinks, coffee, and music.

An exact opening date hasn’t been shared yet, but the team encourages customers to “stay tuned.”
